Why do some supplements appear in both packs?Shroom Tech® Immune, Krill Oil, and Spirulina & Chlorella are included in both the Day and Night Packs because they support general, all-day wellness rather than a time-specific benefit — so you get a consistent dose of each throughout the day.

How to Use
Day Pack: Take one packet in the morning or early afternoon, along with a light breakfast. If that's easier, you can also take it at lunchtime.
Night Pack: Take one packet in the evening, preferably with a light meal or snack, right before bed.
Missed a packet? Simply take it when you remember, or resume your normal schedule with the next one — there's no need to double up.

Why are the dosages in Total Human lower than the standalone Onnit products?Total Human is designed to be an easy entry point, especially for those new to supplementation. Does Total Human contain caffeine or stimulants?No. Total Human is caffeine and stimulant-free. Shroom Tech® Sport uses a stimulant-free formula.

Any allergen concerns?Krill Oil is derived from krill (a shellfish/crustacean), so those with shellfish allergies should avoid it or consult their doctor before use. If you have other allergen or dietary questions about a specific ingredient, please reach out to our support team.
I noticed my capsules look slightly different than before (color, size, or shape). Is that normal?Yes — minor cosmetic variations between manufacturing batches are normal and don't affect potency or safety. All ingredients are tested for identity, purity, and potency regardless of appearance.
How should I store Total Human, and how long is it good for?Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children. Check the printed expiration date on the box for shelf life.
